Refund policy
GENERAL RETURN POLICY (PRE-OWNED COLLECTION IS NOT INCLUDED)
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@matchandstyle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items returned must be in the same condition received in. If damages or changes in the item's condition are noted, Match and Style has the right to decline the refund.
PRE-OWNED ITEMS POLICY
Given the sensitivity of the pre-owned items the below policies shall apply for local and international orders:
DOMESTIC “LOCAL” RETURN IN QATAR POLICY
You are given 6 hours to fully accept the order after receiving it, after 6 hours the order may not be returned. This policy is to ensure safety of the authenticity and quality of items sold through Match and Style.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
For international orders, you are given 48 hours from the time of receiving the item as per the shipping receipt copy to fully accept the order after receiving it, after 48 hours the order may not be returned. This policy is to ensure the safety, the authenticity and the quality of the items sold through Match and Style.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGE
At the moment, Match and Style does not offer any exchange services. We do however offer a return/refund (please refer to our policies for more details).
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
